Platforms & Multi-Storey Structures
Bonded warehouses, logistics depots, market halls and multi-storey steel buildings; load-bearing platforms that increase usable area within the main volume.
- Span
- clear span options reaching 70 m

This category answers two questions at once: how wide the building can be, and how the space inside that width is multiplied.
The first is a matter of span — bonded warehouse and logistics buildings can be built with clear span options reaching 70 metres. The second is a matter of volume: when more usable area is needed within the same footprint, high-capacity platforms are brought inside the main structure.
What distinguishes the platform is that it is not independent. A mezzanine added later carries its own columns and divides the floor below; an integrated platform transfers its load to the main bays and the volume beneath stays open.
In facilities carrying process equipment the difference is more pronounced still: equipment loads, service routes and maintenance access are designed together with the platform layout.
Buildings are designed to the dimensions the investor requires; size and capacity are calculated separately for each project.

Key Advantages
- More efficient use of the existing building volume through platforms
- Fewer columns needed across large spans
- High load capacity
- Architectural and engineering solutions offered together
- Projects developed to the required dimensions
- Clear spans reaching 70 metres in bonded warehouse and logistics buildings
