Steel Warehouse & Bonded Storage
A rigid, fully bolted and relocatable steel system for warehouses, bonded stores, hangars and logistics buildings.

Two dimensions govern a warehouse: the column-free span and the position of the loading doors. The first determines the racking layout, the second the manoeuvring area for trucks — and neither can be changed once the frame is up.
The load-bearing system is therefore designed together with the racking and dock plan. Bay spacing follows the racking aisles, loading openings follow vehicle movement.
The whole system is erected with bolted connections, which has a particular value in logistics buildings: a warehouse built on leased land or as a temporary distribution centre can be dismantled and re-erected elsewhere when the term ends. The investment is made in the system rather than in the building.
Architectural appearance here is not a cladding exercise — it is treated together with the rigidity and strength of the structure.
